Kubik and Mirrorwall Tech run in your browser. We do not collect accounts, calculations or orders on a server.
What stays on your device
Sign-in (username), language, units, calculator inputs, the order template and whether the intro played. All of it is in this browser’s localStorage. It is not sent to us.
What we do not do
No cloud backup, no analytics, no ad cookies, no selling of data. The order template is not emailed automatically — you copy it yourself.
Hosting
The site is hosted via Grok App Builder (Vercel). Fonts may load from Google Fonts. Grok shows its own mark in the app. Like any web host they may see ordinary server logs (IP, time, page).

Plicken
Mirrorwall Tech is the controller. Contact: info@mirrorwalltech.com. This section is only about Plicken. Kubik above is unchanged.
The parent has an email account. Children have neither a Google account nor an email. They sign in with a name and a PIN. The PIN is stored only as a hash on the server.
What is stored: the parent’s email, names, colour, avatar, chores, done and approved, points, trophies, the family code and push tokens. The data is in Firebase, not only on the phone. There is no family name. Theme and background stay on the child’s phone.
Children do not see each other’s points. Nothing is shared between families.
A removed person is anonymised. The name becomes Borttagen and the PIN is deleted. Points and trophies stay. The parent can delete the whole family by typing the code. Then children, chores, points and trophies are removed, and open sessions are signed out. The email account remains.
There is no export button. The parent can ask for a copy via info@mirrorwalltech.com. History is kept. It is not deleted in this version.
In the Google Play app, Plicken costs 59 kr per year after a 30-day free trial. Payment goes through Google. Mirrorwall does not store card numbers.
